    L.A. Is Buying Every School Kid An iPad, Kind Of A Show-Off

    The second largest school system in the country made a reported $30 million deal with Apple to supply iPads to all of its students. The iPads will come pre-loaded with educational software and kids will be free to take them home - as long as they pay insurance.
