Caught On Tape: Wanted Terrorist's Capture

    Abu Anas al-Libi, formally known as Nazih Abdul-Hamed al-Ruqai, was captured in Tripoli last October. Video of his capture, recently obtained by the Washington Post, shows just how quickly the CIA, FBI and Army Delta Force operatives work. Al-Libi, wanted in connection with U.S. embassy bombings in East Africa that caused 200 deaths, was captured in less than 30 seconds.
