Australia's New Plan For Refugees: Ship Them To An Island

    Kevin Rudd, the conservative PM of Australia, is sick of all the thousands of asylum seekers who show up on the country's shores each year - so he has a new plan: ship them all to the island of Papua New Guinea. He has vowed that no new asylum seekers will be given residency in Australia.
