Attorney General Holder Goes After Texas For Discriminating Against Minority Voters

    A couple weeks after the Supreme Court struck down a key provision of the Voting Rights Act, the Obama administration looks like they're trying to sneak in a fix, by filing a motion to bring back extra scrutiny for areas with a history of discriminatory voting patterns, starting with Texas.
