    So it's time we finally acknowledge God's culinary gift to the world, otherwise known as PUPUSAS.

    If you don't know what it is, let me educate you. It's a Salvadoran dish that's essentially a thick corn tortilla that's stuffed with cheese, refried beans, and/or chicharron.

    Top it off with some tomato sauce and curtido, and you've got yourself a simple but brilliant dish that will make you so happy you'll cry.

    Quite frankly, IT'S FUCKING DELICIOUS.

    While El Salvador has got bragging rights over this culinary masterpiece, Guatemala and Honduras also have their own variation of this splendid dish.

    But regardless of where it comes from, IT'S STILL FUCKING DELICIOUS!

    Whether you're buying it from a street vendor or a pupuseria, it'll always be crazy good... and cheap.

    Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? Drunk and wondering what to eat at 3:00 a.m.? Pupusas are the perfect food for anytime!

    Have a bad hangover? No problem, homie. Pupusas will fix you right up!

    Are you vegetarian? Vegan? Meat lover? Pupusas don't discriminate, yo. You can customize it however way you want. Pupusas are for EVERYONE.

    I want a pupusa right now. Like, for real. As I'm writing this, I'm really tempted to go to MacArthur Park and buy one of these precious things... maybe three...

    Yes... it's that good.

    So, go out and try one of these. You won't regret it. Your taste buds will thank you.
