    Sex and the City premiered in 1998 and went on to have 94 episodes, two iconic movies, and a whole new revival series.

    It's officially been 25 years since Sex and the City premiered on HBO. The show went on to have six seasons, two movies, and the current revival series And Just Like That... It became a cultural phenomenon and is still super popular today.

    So to celebrate, let's take a look back at the iconic cast members in their first episodes, last episodes, and now:

    1. Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw

    First episode (1998): "Sex and the City" (Season 1, Episode 1)

    Last episode (2004): "An American Girl in Paris: Part Deux" (Season 6, Episode 20)

    What she's up to now: Currently, Sarah is reprising her Emmy Award-winning role as Carrie Bradshaw in the revival series And Just Like That... She's also an executive producer on the show. Recently, she also starred in the play Plaza Suite on Broadway alongside Matthew Broderick.

    2. Kristin Davis as Charlotte York

    What she's up to now: Cynthia currently stars as Miranda Hobbes in And Just Like That... and she's an executive producer alongside Sarah and Kristin. She also stars in The Gilded Age, which was picked up for a second season.

    4. Kim Cattrall as Samantha Jones

    What she's up to now: Kim is set to reprise her role as Samantha for an episode of And Just Like That... in Season 2. This comes after a very public feud between Kim and Sarah. Kim also stars in the new Netflix series Glamorous and How I Met Your Father.

    5. David Eigenberg as Steve Brady

    What he's up to now: Since 2012, David has starred as Christopher Herrmann in Chicago Fire. He's appeared in 236 episodes and counting of Chicago Fire, as well as the other spinoff shows, with the series recently being renewed for a 12th season.

    18. Lynn Cohen as Magda

    Sadly, Lynn died in 2020 at 86 years old.

    Sadly, Willie died in 2021 at 57 years old. Before his death, he filmed three episodes of And Just Like That..., which were released posthumously.
