I Just Found Out That Jamie Scott From "One Tree Hill" Is 17 And I Feel So Old

"One day you're 17 and planning for someday..."

Let's travel back 10 years to a time when One Tree Hill was everyone's go-to teen drama series.

In 2008, during its fifth season, the show jumped ahead four years so we could see our favorite members of Tree Hill High School after their college years.

It was at this time that we were introduced to Nathan and Haley's adorable son Jamie.

He quickly stole our hearts as the cutest voice of reason for literally every character on the show.

Flash forward to the year 2018 and our adorable James Lucas Scott is now 17 years old IRL!

That's right Jackson Brundage, who portrayed Jamie from 2008–2012 recently celebrated his 17th birthday.

Happy Birthday to the closest thing I got to a brother in the world. Love ya big JAX🎳☮️😈🔊

Even ten years after his first episode on the show, he still hangs out with his One Tree Hill castmates...

...including dear old dad, James Lafferty.

This is what happens when you barely see someone for six years — they grow up instantaneously.

But, what's making me feel ~hella~ old is that Jackson is now the same age that Jamie was in the flash forward that ended the show.

During One Tree Hill's series finale, we see everyone attending a Tree Hill Ravens basketball game.

The final shot is of Jamie taking the court wearing #12, his dad's pro-basketball number.

While that's a lot to process already, even crazier is the fact that Jackson is now the same age IRL as Nathan Scott was when the series BEGAN in 2003.

Like, I literally can't handle this right now.

Honestly, I'm just feeling SUPER old and also just wishing we could get a revival series with high school-aged Jamie Scott.
