Well, Grey's Anatomy officially said goodbye to Alex Karev, and it was honestly the wildest thing to ever happen.
Long story short, Alex ended up leaving Meredith and Jo in Seattle because he's back with Izzie and THEY HAVE KIDS.
And, Alex decided to break this news to Meredith, Jo, Bailey, and Richard via letters.
Honestly, I'm screaming about a lot of things regarding this episode, but I can't stop thinking about Jo and how she clearly deserved better than this.
