Chocolate Golgappa Is A Real Thing And Here's How To Make It

    YOU DESERVE THIS.

You know what would be a great thing to do for yourself today? Make and consume these delightful little confections.

It's not too difficult. First, get some golgappa puris and make holes in them with your finger. Stick them on a skewer or toothpick and douse them in melted chocolate.

Now cover it all with sprinkles. Now put some more. Liiiitle more.

Now plug the bottom hole with some chocolate (he he he) and stick it in the fridge till it sets.

Meanwhile, in a pan, put half a cup of peanuts, three tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir it till the sugar melts into a beautiful golden syrup.

Now take the golgappas out and fill them with fresh, chopped strawberries and the cooled, cooked peanuts.

Lastly, mix one cup milk with two scoops of vanilla ice cream and a pinch of vanilla extract. Fill the rest of your puri with the milkshake.

Shoutout to Chef Saransh Goila for stopping by and teaching us to make this magic.

You can eat it now but the only condition is that you have to stuff it into your face all at once, as is tradition.
