Drab to Fab / Via

Anne started to woo us back in 2001 with her debut film role as Mia Thermopolis in The Princess Diaries, in which she gave us perhaps one of the greatest movie montage makeovers ever made.

Here she goes again!! / Via

She reprised the role of Mia in 2004 and gave us another hi-jinks adventure in The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement. The film from which Prince William and Kate Middleton clearly took inspiration for their 2012 wedding.....

Making a stand

Hathaway has always used her status to speak out for Human Rights and in 2007 she gave a speech at The Human Rights Campaign Gala, the largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender advocacy group and political action committee in the United States.

We will marry you!!

2008 and her intense portrayal as Kym Buchman in Rachel Getting Married, concretes her role in Hollywood as a multi versatile actor and earns her 8 Awards and 10 Nominations.

Anne has been a long time supporter of The Creative Coalition, a nonprofit, nonpartisan social and political advocacy organisation of the entertainment industry which aims to educate people within the entertainment industry on public matters such as First Amendment Rights.

Here she is pictured in 2009 at The Creative Coalition Inaugural Ball.

Sharing the wealth

Anne is a regular contributor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a nonprofit medical corporation leading pediatric treatment and research on children’s catastrophic diseases.

Good on you Anne!!

'At The End Of The Day' WE LOVE YOU

Her most recent release has her playing Fantine in the screen adaption of Les Misérables. I have not seen it yet but she has been nominated for a ridiculous amount of awards for it so i am sure it is as fabulous as everything else you touch Anne.

Forever giving

Following her wedding this year she announched that they would be splitting the money raised from selling the wedding photos between the following charities, Freedom to Marry, The American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and The Girl Effect
