    What you need:

    · Lace

    · Fabric scissors

    · Decoupage

    · Paint brush

    Instructions:

    1. Cut lace to window pane size.

    2. Coat the window pane with decoupage.

    3. Place lace on top of the decoupaged glass.

    4. Paint an additional layer of decoupage over the fabric. Paint in a criss-cross motion to avoid clearly defined lines.

    5. Let dry.

    6. Voila! Enjoy your new window.
