Chelsea Handler recently appeared on Conan and in typical Chelsea fashion she had a lot of things to say.

Handler was addressing the video that appeared online of Jason Biggs urinating on her while she swam in the ocean. Handler then asked O'Brien and Richter if they liked the ocean.
This prompted Handler to have a slight jab at Richter.
Richter knew what she was up to.
So he destroyed her.
