SZA confirmed the plastic surgery she's had in a new interview with Elle.
If you've listened to SZA's song "SOS," the titular tune from her chart-topping album, you may have noticed the lyric, "So classic, that ass so fat, it look natural, it's not."
In the profile, SZA confirmed that the lyric wasn't fictitious. "I treat my butt like a purse,” she explained. “It’s just there to enhance whatever else. And that’s why I paid for it, because it works all by itself.”
“I always wanted a really fat ass with less gym time,” she continued, noting that she was not pushed into the surgery by anyone else.
“I didn’t succumb to industry pressure. I succumbed to my own eyes in the mirror and being like, No, I need some more ass.”
It appears that SZA is alluding to a Brazilian butt lift. It's been speculated that plenty of celebrities have had the procedure, but few have actually admitted to it. However, the surgery is incredibly dangerous and has been said to have a "very, very high mortality rate" — the highest of any cosmetic surgery.
