Harry Styles just confirmed what his hit song "Watermelon Sugar" is about.
Now, if you've heard the song before, there's a pretty good chance you have your own ideas about what the song means...
...but Harry himself has been pretty cagey about it, previously responding to a question of whether the song is about “the joys of mutually appreciated oral pleasure" by asking, “Is that what it’s about?”
Now, introducing the song live onstage in Nashville, Harry said, "It doesn't really matter what it's about. It's about the sweetness of life."
However, he did later add, "It's also about the female orgasm, but that's totally different. It's not really relevant."
If this is complete news to you, don't worry, you're not alone — last year Katherine Heigl posted a video of her kids and husband dancing to the song and later said, "I thought it was a random slightly chaotic song about watermelons and sugar" when she was told about its potential meaning.
