The Grammys are this Sunday, and this year's awards have already had their fair share of criticism.
From the people who weren't nominated to the ones who definitely shouldn't have been, here are the celebs who have called out the 2021 Grammys:
The Weeknd:

In possibly the most infamous snub in modern memory, The Weeknd was nominated for zero Grammys — despite having a record-breaking year. He later said in a statement to the New York Times that he will not submit his music for consideration again.
Wiz Khalifa:

Dubbing the awards the "Scammys," Wiz joined the list of celebs voicing frustration at The Weeknd's snub.
Nicki Minaj:
Never forget the Grammys didn’t give me my best new artist award when I had 7 songs simultaneously charting on billboard & bigger first week than any female rapper in the last decade- went on to inspire a generation. They gave it to the white man Bon Iver. #PinkFriday
Back in 2012, the Grammy for Best New Artist went to Bon Iver over Nicki Minaj. Fast-forward to November 2020, when Nicki called out the Grammys for this snub — possibly in relation to The Weeknd controversy, but it's impossible to say.
Zayn Malik:
Fuck the grammys and everyone associated. Unless you shake hands and send gifts, there’s no nomination considerations. Next year I’ll send you a basket of confectionary.
Zayn didn't hold back on his feelings about the Grammys earlier this week — later adding, "My tweet was not personal or about eligibility but was about the need for inclusion and the lack of transparency of the nomination process and the space that creates and allows favoritism, racism, and networking politics to influence the voting process."
Teyana Taylor:

Even though Teyana's latest album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top R&B Albums chart, she didn't receive any nominations. Subsequently, she called out how male the Best R&B category was — before announcing her retirement shortly after.
