It's not that you never feel down, it's that it's always short-lived and you always find a reason to bounce. You operate under the assumption that everything will be fine and that for the most part, everyone is well-meaning and kind.

You are always one who hopes for the best, but prepares for the worst. You always take everything into account and make careful, planned decisions. You believe that if you can plan for it, you should.

It's not that you're always down, it's just that you prefer to never get your hopes up too high so as not to be disappointed. You know the world is dark, and you accept it for what it is. So whenever you're proven wrong, and when wonderful things happen, you don't take it for granted.
