And here are some of the best practical products you can save on right now:

    1. A set of 100% cotton sateen sheets — which means they're super soft for night after night of cozy rest.

Promising review: "Oh my gosh! These sheets are fantastic. Super cozy, just soft enough to curl into. They feel like a cloud. I love the softness and comfortable feel these sheets provide for my king mattress." —Christie from FL

Price: $55.71+ (originally $149.99+; available in sizes twin–king and six colors)

    2. An 17-piece non-stick cookware set from Faberware because your mis-matched, scratched up collection of pans that you've had since college have done their duty, and these new recruits are happy to step up.

They're oven safe up to 350, nonstick, and dishwasher safe (but because they're non-stick you can't use metal utensils on 'em). You get four lids, two saucepans, two skillets, a dutch oven, a griddle, a sheet pan, and (not pictured!) a set of six cooking utensils.

Promising review: "We are a no-oil vegan household of two and I love no LOVE this set! I have used it for about a month now and the only piece I haven't used is the bakeware tray so exclude that from my comments. The aqua color is great. Each piece has worked terrifically — nothing has stuck except for a few udon noodles today because my Amazon Pantry delivery came just as I was about to take the pot off. They over-cooked and a few stuck to the bottom of the pot but after it cooled I soaked with plain water for about five minutes and they slid right out. I would definitely recommend a 'buy' on this set and give it two thumbs up." —RaNae

Price: $69.99+ (originally $159.99; available in five colors)

    3. A pair of under-bed storage bags with transparent plastic tops so you can easily see everything inside, and fabric sides so all your clothes, blankets, and bedding can easily ~breathe~.

Promising review: "They are all I needed! They don’t have a firm structure. Do not buy if you want firm containers. It is perfect to me because is cheap and big, I literally fit all extra things that I’m not using everyday. (Shoes, bags, summer clothing, light jackets, and more!!)" —Francesca

    Price: $17.99 for two

    4. A pack of 50 slimline velvet hangers because they'll free up a surprising amount of extra space in your closet when you swap 'em in for those thicker plastic hangers, even if you *don't* go through and decide which clothes to donate.

AND even the slipperiest blouses will happily stay on 'em, thanks to the velvet flocking.

Promising review: "I love these hangers. Nothing slips off them. They dont leave hanger marks and they dont take up as much room as tubular hangers so more clothes fit in your closet. Thats a good thing!" —Anonymous

Price: $18.99 (originally $26.99; available in six colors)

    5. And a double-hang closet rod that'll turn 32 inches of space already used by shorter hanging clothes (tops, shorts, etc) into 32 *more* inches of completely free space.

You can also use these to help your young kids reach their clothes!

Promising review: "I love the fact that the height can be adjusted if needed. My slacks no longer hidden, but are visible, and my tops and blouses don't require ironing a second time for use. I am extremely pleased with the rod, and do not need to thin out my wardrobe!! I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs additional space for clothing storage. The fact that the height can be raised or lowered, is a bonus and the ease of assembly is to be noted. You can never have enough closet space!" —Elizabeth

    Price: $15.99 (originally $26)

    6. A shoe storage bench with a cushion top — you can keep your most-worn shoes in one of the cubbies, and have a comfy spot to sit to put them on.

The two fabric cube drawers aren't included but you can get 'em separately for $8.21+ each (available in 37 colors).

Promising review: "I ordered two of these cubical benches for a corner in my kitchen that was wasted space. They were PERFECT and added extra seating and became a great storage area for my cookbooks!!! They were easy to assemble and are very solid and easily hold the weight of several adults. The cushions have velcro on the bottom so that they don't slide. I had them recovered to better coordinate with my décor. A COMPLETE BARGIN over what I was quoted for having a window seat built. These benches saved me nearly $400." —Nadirah

Price: $83.99+ (originally $124.04; available in two finishes)

    7. A handheld clothes steamer because it'll remove the wrinkles from your dresses, tops, pants, and even curtains, no need to lug out the iron or ironing board.

Promising review: "Easy to use, compact size. Used it for my wedding dress to remove creases and it worked excellent! We also tested it before hand on a very wrinkled mens dress shirt and it got like 90% of the wrinkles out! Very impressed! No dripping issues and the bonnet attachment is great for keeping delicate fabrics safe. Haven't used it too much but for its compact size it packs a good punch!" —DIane

Promising review: "Nice laundry sorter. Easy for anyone to assemble. Looks just like the photo. It's bright white and shiny chrome. Comes with little tools to tighten the bolts. I like this particular sorter because it has the chrome rack on the bottom which provides support so that if you fill the bags they won't sag and damage the rack. Has nice handles to easily lift the bag out of the cart, or you can of course roll it." —Cind

    Price: $73.99 (originally $145.99)

    9. A mesh-backed office chair with lumbar support, adjustable seat height, and a tilt-lock seat that'll be a big improvement comfort-wise on the little task chair you have right now.

Promising review: "After searching many stores, I finally found exactly what I wanted! POSITIVES: This chair has the height extension I wanted, it's comfortable, it rocks back and forth but can lock if rocking is unwanted. It's a nice compact size so it fits in my small office space but accommodates my full figure. It comes partially assembled and was simple to complete. NEGATIVE: Wish the color was just a little brighter, or darker orange." —Karen

    Price: $148.99 (originally $248.65)

    10. A super slim three-shelf cart that'll fit ~perfectly~* in that gap between your washer and dryer and store all your laundry essentials right in arms-reach.

*As long as that gap is at least a little over seven inches wide!

Promising review: "Exactly what I expected based on reviews and price. I had it assembled within minutes, no tools required, and it fits perfectly between my washer and dryer but I did measure before ordering. Taller items will likely not fit on lower shelves but I'm fine with laying them on their side or placing those items on the top shelf in order to get them off the top of the washer and dryer." —Jennifer

Purchased a variety of K-Cup beverages so I can have coffee, tea, cocoa or cider whenever I wish, or I can brew my own coffee in the single cup that comes with the set. Love this!" —Lynda

    16. A four-inch-thick memory foam mattress topper so you can sink into its supportive cushion every time you snuggle up.

Promising review: "Puffed up almost immediately, and was able to sleep on it within a half an hour. It had a slight odor to it, but that dissipated quickly (less than an hour). Super easy to open, and they even included a little tool to cut the plastic. Has holes for improved airflow (which you may need as this is SOFT) and you can feel the air moving when you turn over. You do need deep pocket sheets when adding this to your bed, and it doesn't quite cover the entire top of the mattress (but that's good because then it won't shift when your sheets do). Basically like getting a brand new memory foam mattress for 1/8 of the price." —Elizabeth

Price: $69.99+ (originally $449.99+; available in sizes twin–California king, including twin and full XL)

    30. A tasteful litter box enclosure so your feline friend can have all the privacy they desire, and you can enjoy a nice side table.

My cat does a fairly good job of keeping urine in the box, but every once in a while she over shoots. The particle board reviews we read said the urine soaked in and the smell would not go away. This is made of dense plastic and urine wipes right up! Another plus is that no tools are required to assemble. It took about five minutes to put together with hand screws.
