    10. Lizzie Borden House, Fall River, Massachusetts

    The infamous Lizzie Borden house. It seems pretty menacing, and honestly, it gives me serious Amityville vibes. A beautiful place but no thanks!

    From the Gray Lady to Sir Henry Pellat, Castle Loma is chock full of scary specters. People report hearing voices and being grabbed by ghostly hands. Even children have seen the ghost of Sir Henry Pellat. Just make sure you say hello if you see either of them.

    8. Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, Alberta, Canada

    This hotel had a ghost problem, so they chose to brick up the room and act as if they had never heard of such a thing. Before they sealed the room, guests reported hearing shrieks and the maids had difficulty cleaning bloody fingerprints off the walls. I want to know how good brick is at keeping the ghosts locked up. It must not have done an excellent job as people still report hauntings at this majestic travel destination.

    Some say the spirit of a U.S. Senator's daughter haunts this very painting hanging in the 5th-floor hallway of the Driskill. Visitors have claimed to see the painting's expression change, and others report feeling ill or a sensation of vertigo. Would you stare at this picture if you stayed here?

    6. Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh, Scotland

    From a vanished piper piping to a headless drummer drumming, claims abound at Edinburgh Castle. That must be one hell of a band. I wonder if they could use a bass player?

    5. Kehoe House, Savannah, Georgia

    The family who stayed here lost two children, then the house became a funeral home, and now it exists as a bed and breakfast. Is it truly haunted? Stay the night and let me know!

    4. Port Arthur, Australia

    Over 1000 people perished during its time as a penal colony, and with creepy sightings existing since the 1870s, you are sure to encounter some form of spirit at the legendary Port Arthur.

    3. Ancient Ram Inn, Wotton-under Edge, England

    One of the oldest Inns in the western world, this spooky location is supposedly an ancient pagan burial ground and is haunted by over 20 spirits. I might pop in for a visit, but I wouldn't stay the night here.

    Estimated to be around 500 deaths a day, approximately 160,00 people perished here during its time as an isolated island for plague victims. They say the soil is more ash than dirt here. The island has remained mostly untouched since the 1960s.

    We all know the story about Stephen King and his terrible dreams at the Stanley Hotel, but did you know in the very same room 217, there was once a gas leak that led to an explosion? Talk about coincidence. Count me out of staying in that room.
