You like to have control of the reins at all times. You're the one who takes complete control of the group projects and doles out all the responsibilities (but only the ones you feel confident in letting others take care of). This can sometimes lead to you bulldozing other people's ideas. It's ok to let some people do things every now and then. You don't have to be in complete control. Who knows?
