World War II Veterans Receive Standing Ovation From Entire Airport

For Memorial Day, Brookshire Grocery Co. and Super 1 Food have been sending WWII veterans to Washington D.C. to visit the WWII Memorial.

Shown Above: Veterans saluting the Tomb of the Unknowns — a monument dedicated to American service members who have died without their remains being identified.

The all-expenses paid "Heroes Flight" is for veterans from Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas, and this year, while traveling through the Dallas Love Field airport, the group received a standing ovation from everyone in the terminal.

It was a truly touching moment as a crescendo of cheers echoed throughout the airport, honoring those who have served our country. Watch the video below:
