Young magnetar appeared the slowest pulsar known to science

Using X-ray space observatory, NASA "Chandra" and other X-ray Observatory, astronomers have discovered an object that can be one of the most extreme pulsar or rotating neutron star ever discovered by scientists. Source demonstrates the properties of a neutron star with a powerful magnetic field, or a magnetar, nevertheless observed during the rotation of the object around its axis in a thousand times greater than the period of proper rotation of any other known pulsar.
