Scientists from the US have created a nuclear reactor-"suitcase" for the base on Mars

American engineers spoke about the creation of a nuclear reactor with a capacity of 333 kilowatts in size with a piano, adapted to work in conditions of Mars and capable of providing a base of medium size of energy and heat for 15 years, said in an article published in the Annals of Nuclear Energy magazine. Akansha Kumar (Akansha Kumar) from the Idaho National Laboratory (the INL) in Idaho Falls (USA) for more than five years working on a compact nuclear reactor that could be sent into orbit and land on the moon or Mars.
