"Newborn" stars are sources of powerful winds

Researchers from the Niels Bohr Institute, Denmark, with the help of radio telescopes ALMA seen the early stages of forming a new planetary star systems. For the first time scientists have been able to consider how powerful "vortex" rises above the rotating disk of gas and dust surrounding the young star. The young star is formed from a compressible gas and dust clouds, and thus the formation is surrounded by a disk of material which can later form the planets.
