Geologists have found out what the ancient meteorites differ from today
Scientists from Russia, the USA and Sweden conducted a study to understand how changing the falling meteorites on Earth in the last half a billion years. On the results of their work, they told on Nature Astronomy magazine. According to the authors, the composition of meteorites changed much for hundreds of millions of years. It is believed that the solar system is stable enough already half a year, so the geologists were surprised how much different in composition from ancient meteorites newer. The event, after which there have been significant changes, is a collision of massive bodies, one of which shattered into pieces. Some of these fragments reached the Earth.
