Charyn National Park

Charyn State National Natural Park (Kaz. Sharyn Memlekettik Ulttyk tabiғi parkі) was established in 2004 according to the Decree of Kazakhstan Government dated 23 February 2004. It located in Enbekshikazakh, Raiymbek and Uighur areas of Almaty region of Kazakhstan. Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On some issues of expanding the territory of the State Institution” Charyn State National Natural Park “” dated February 6, 2009 № 121 area of ​​the park has been expanded from 93 150 hectares to 127 050 hectares.
