Astronomers have found in space "sugar cloud"

Scientists, astronomers, observing the cosmic processes, found a rather unusual object - a sugar cloud near the young star IRAS 16293-2422 at a distance of 400 light-years, which was recorded with the help of the Chilean telescope Atacama Large Millimeter Array (ALMA). According to experts, unusual cloud is made up of simple sugars (glikoaldegidiv), which are part of the "building blocks of life". However, this is not the usual edible sugars, hydrocarbons and hydrogen-based compounds, carbon and oxygen. The structure includes glikoaldegidy clouds, which are an important component for the development of organic life.
