"All the Bright Places" by Jennifer Niven has such a beautiful, in my opinion, depiction of mental health issues. as someone who has had their own struggles with mental health, she shows the ups and downs and how we sometimes can't save people from themselves. one of the first books…Â
In the animated Mulan where everyone bows to her after she saves literally everyone and the emperor recognizes her strength and she proves gender stereotypes wrong. I could watch this scene daily.
Psych! You can tell that they all still loved their jobs and weren't tired or forced to keep going like what sometimes happens in shows when actors want to move on. They ended the show on a perfect tone that matched the vibe of the whole series.
