Yesterday, Sarah Hyland celebrated her fiancé Wells Adams' 38th birthday with a string of adorable posts on her Instagram story.
The sweet dedication included a few memorable photos of them together...
...as well as a text from 2017, which is the same year they began dating. And let's just say the text basically predicted the future of their relationship.
In the text, Sarah and Wells learned that they both share an unwavering love for bologna. It was at that moment that Sarah and Wells realized they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.
Not only did Wells announce that he was going to marry her one day, but Sarah revealed that she took a screenshot of the text because "she knew it would come to be."
Their intuition was right, because Wells proposed to Sarah in July 2019 after nearly a year of dating.
But due to the global pandemic, the couple was forced to postpone their wedding twice. Wells even joked, "If something else crazy happens this year, then we're just going to go to Vegas with powder blue suits and knock it out. I'm not sure if we can wait another year. We'll see. Who knows what's going to happen?"
