"It's important that I use my voice for more than just singing."

During a recent interview with Good Morning America, Demi Lovato announced she'll be offering free mental health counseling to fans while she's on tour.

Demi's Tell Me You Love Me tour has partnered with CAST Centers, a mental health and wellness center she's a part-owner of with founder Mike Bayer.

"It’s basically like a therapy session before the concerts and we have speakers from all over," Demi said on GMA.

Mike Bayer was actually Demi's personal mental health coach.

"We’re also helping out with different charities from around the country. So it’ll be an incredible, very moving and inspiring experience.”

Any fan who purchases a concert ticket is eligible for a free counseling session. All you have to do is sign up. The centers specialize in addiction, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring disorders.

"They went to CAST on tours and realized they needed to get sober or they needed to better themselves in some other way and it’s changed lives and I want to be able to do that again.”

And this isn't the first time the "Sorry Not Sorry" singer brought CAST on tour. She offered similar wellness services during her 2016 Future Now tour with Nick Jonas.

“I make it my life goal to inspire other people. I think that it’s important for me to use my voice for more than just singing."

"I just know how important it is to use my platform to help others and to share my story in hopes that it inspires people to either get into recovery or better themselves."

"Whatever it is, I just want people to know they’re not alone and I’m here for them.”
