Situation 1:

Kat decides to officially run for city council, but considers pulling out of the race after learning her opposition might use some of her past decisions against her, like the abortion she had when she was 20 years old.

Ultimately, Kat stood by her choice and realized her past experiences are what set her apart from the competition.

Oliver realizes he's been being a pushover and decides to take Sutton's advice.

As Jacqueline prepares to celebrate 10 years at Scarlet, she questions whether it's time for her to move on. Jane notices Jacqueline hasn't been herself lately, so Jane reminds Jacqueline that as long as she's doing something she's passionate about, then age will never matter.

Jacqueline agrees and immediately changes her attitude about her position.
