I'm not medicated and I require structure and organization for that reason. If I don't have my structure and my schedule, I feel lost. I won't do anything I need to do.
I wish people understood my overreactions. Having a breakdown because my room is a mess is something I can't help. I understand that I overreaction but it feels very real and rational to me.
I wish people understood that when I have a lot of things on my plate, I feel like I can't do anything because I don't know where to start. I get overstimulated and can't focus on anything.
