John Stamos Revealed He Had The Olsen Twins Fired And Replaced With Redheads At The Start Of "Full House"

This is one of those slight changes that could have completely altered the course of history as we know it.

Well, we got a lil' Full House *bombshell* on our hands.

John Stamos had the Olsen twins fired — yep, fired.

"Did you try to get the Olsen twins fired?" Josh Peck asks.

"I did [get them fired], I didn't try," John replies.

“We’re doing the scene and Joey and I were changing the baby. Danny is gone and said, ‘Take care of the kids.’ ‘Yeah, we got it. We got it,' and we didn't."

“We’re carrying the baby downstairs. We take her in the kitchen and we hose her down, put a fan on her, wrap her up in paper towels. She was screaming. Both of them. They wanted to be anywhere else but there, and so did I.”

“They were 11 months old, and God bless them. They kept switching [them] 'This one's not gonna cry.' But I couldn’t deal with it, and I said, ‘This is not gonna work,’ and I screamed ‘Get rid of them, I can’t work like this.’"

"They bring on these two redheaded kids. I’m sure their parents loved them and thought they were attractive. It had nothing to do with them being redheaded...but they weren’t attractive.”

“It was only a few days [and I was like] 'bring the Olsens back! These kids are terrible.'"

So, there ya have it. We could have potentially gotten some fug redheads, and the Olsen twins wouldn't have the bazillion dollars they have today.
