According to the report, the police describe the urine as a "deadly weapon" because it can result in respiratory infection or permanent bodily harm.

U.S. President or Florida Man?

President Franklin Pierce was [arrested for running over an old woman](http://www.ipl.org/div/potus/fpierce.html) on his horse, but the charges were later dropped due to insufficient evidence.

After one brother was struck in the leg, the other retaliated and struck him in the eye.

While Presidents John Adams and Thomas Jefferson visited William Shakespeare's house they [snatched a souvenir](http://www.monticello.org/site/jefferson/john-adams#footnote2_jqhhgqq) — using a knife to rip off a piece of The Bard's chair.

President Andrew Jackson taught his pet parrot to curse, and the bird took a liking to it. In fact, during Jackson's funeral [the bird needed to be removed](http://jacksonianamerica.com/2012/04/16/andrew-jacksons-profane-parrot/) for being too profane.
