You own a swanky apartment in a small European city. Lots of students, lots of contemporary Asian restaurants, and lots of bagel shops — it's basically hipster heaven. Your dad owns the hotel across the street and you're really just trying to go out on your own and become your own man. But since you're still paying back Daddy's small loan of a million dollars, there's no WiFi in your apartment. Hey, we had to cut corners somewhere.

You were drunk af and accidentally put the wrong keys in the lockbox last night. So your residents had to book a hotel at twice the cost while you slept off that hangover. But no worries, you'll just send your mistress to sort everything out in the morning. Oh, and you're only gonna refund the bare minimum because, let's be real, this is just your side hustle.

You're apartment is prime. It's in the perfect location, it has tasteful yellow accents, and you even left a binder full of FAQ's, taxi services, and local bar recommendations. You go, girl! But this place has its flaws too. All the books are Christian romance and there's wine stains on all of the bedding. It's like a medium place for a horny Scottish delinquent.

You own a tiny house on the outskirts of some trendy Dutch city. There's lots of reclaimed wood and all the water is recycled... just don't ask from where. But no worries, you baked fresh scones for your residents and even stuck a list of coffee shop recommendations on the fridge. You'll message a few times just to make sure that the tomato plants get watered and other than that, you're baller.
