11 Prosecco Cocktails That Will Make You Fall In Love With Brunch All Over Again

Brunch just got an upgrade. Raise a toast to everything with Mionetto Prosecco!

1. Strawberry Kiss Bellini

Not so itsy-bitsy.

Ingredients:

Peach liqueur

Mionetto Prosecco, chilled

Fresh strawberries

Directions: Fill ¼ glass with peach liqueur; fill rest with Mionetto Prosecco. Top with strawberry.

2. Ginger and Lime Sparkle

So(ur) good.

Ingredients:

25 ml ginger syrup

25 ml ginger liqueur

Limes (for juice and garnish)

Mionetto Prosecco

Directions: Pour ginger syrup and ginger liqueur into glass over ice; add juice of half lime. Top with Mionetto Prosecco. Stir and garnish with half slice lime.

3. A Rose Surprise

For long summer days.

Ingredients:

Mionetto Prosecco, chilled

1 Tbsp. rose syrup

Directions: Fill glass with Mionetto Prosecco and pour rose syrup down inside of glass so it slides to the bottom. Serve.

4. Raspberry Limoncello Revenge

Ooo, icy.

Ingredients:

1.5 cups Mionetto Prosecco, chilled

0.5 cup limoncello liqueur, chilled

0.5 cup frozen raspberries

3 sprigs fresh mint

Directions: In pitcher, combine Mionetto Prosecco and limoncello liqueur, then stir. Garnish the pitcher with fresh raspberries to create the perfect gradient or serve chilled and pour directly over frozen raspberries.

5. Peach Perfect

For a hot day!

Ingredients:

2 ripe peaches, seeded and diced

1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp sugar

1 bottle Mionetto Prosecco, chilled

Directions: Blend peaches, lemon juice, and sugar in food processor. Use sieve to separate and discard peach solids. Place 2 tablespoons peach puree into glass and fill with Mionetto Prosecco.

6. Strawberry Slam

Full-on summer.

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp. orange juice

1 tsp honey

1 cup frozen whole strawberries

⅓ cup Mionetto Prosecco, chilled

Directions: Place orange juice, honey, and strawberries in blender. Blend until smooth. Add Mionetto Prosecco, and serve immediately.

7. The Pear and the Pomegranate

A match made in cocktail heaven.

Ingredients:

3 cups pear nectar

1 cup pomegranate juice, chilled

4 cups Mionetto Prosecco, chilled

Pomegranate seeds as garnish

Directions: In large pitcher, stir together nectar, pomegranate juice, and Mionetto Prosecco. Place a few pomegranate seeds at bottom of each glass. Pour drink into glasses and serve.

8. The Gin-ger Spring

So elderflowery!

Ingredients:

20 ml elderflower cordial

20 ml gin

Mionetto Prosecco, chilled

Mint leaves

Directions: Pour elderflower cordial and gin into glass. Then fill to brim with Mionetto Prosecco. Garnish with mint.

9. Summer Citrus Fizz

Get slushy!

Ingredients:

250 ml Mionetto Prosecco

250 ml carbonated water

2 lemons, juiced

4 mandarin oranges, juiced

Lemon slice to garnish

Directions: In shallow dish, combine Mionetto Prosecco, carbonated water, lemon juice, and mandarin orange juice. Place in freezer. Once frozen, scrape with fork. Place ice mixture into serving glass and garnish with lemons.

10. Prosecco-rita

A new classic!

Ingredients:

2 oz tequila

2 oz pineapple juice

2 oz triple sec

3 limes

1 bottle Mionetto Prosecco

Kosher salt for rimming glasses

Directions: In large pitcher, combine tequila, pineapple juice, and triple sec along with juice of a lime. Salt rims of glasses. Finally, pour margarita mixture into glasses over ice and top with Mionetto Prosecco. Garnish with lime slices.

11. Sweetheart Splash

Not angry about it.

Ingredients:

1 sugar cube per glass

Splash bitters

Mionetto Prosecco, chilled

Directions: Put sugar cube at bottom of each glass; splash with bitters. Fill each glass with Mionetto Prosecco and let sugar cube dissolve.
