Y’all. Trailer parks, or mobile home communities, or whatever you want to call them literally exist for this. Is usually cheap rent for the land and you just hire a plumber and electrician to hook everything up.

I thought most schools supply laptops for students? All the schools in my area supply them and give a free code for WiFi. You don’t need WiFi to write the paper anyway, you need it for research but that has nothing to do with writing a full paper on your phone.
