Traveling to another country is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. After all, you’re setting foot somewhere you’ve never been before, and you may not know the culture, geography, or much else!
All of this is a roundabout way of saying it’s pretty easy to make a stupid mistake or five while in another country.
So, we want to know: What stupid mistake did you make while in another country?
For example, maybe you made the “OK” sign in Brazil without realizing it's like giving someone the middle finger there.
Or maybe you ordered a pie in England and complained when a savory meat pie arrived at your table and not a dessert.
Maybe you got played in Egypt, where someone told you it was free to take a photo atop their camel…but then charged you to get you off the animal!
Or maybe you made the mistake of driving a rental car on the wrong side of the road!
