Most people would like to improve their life. What they don’t like is the idea of having to put in so much work to make it happen. Going back to school, training for a marathon, and saving a lot of money…sound exhausting.

But the good news is that you don’t have to do something monumental to improve your life. There are lots of small, easy things you can do to make your tomorrow even better than today.
For example, you could unfollow someone on social media who only seems to bring you down or upset you.

Same goes for all those “friends” you haven’t seen in five years and barely knew in the first place.
You could commit to taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work or school.

You could get a jar to put all of your loose change into.

Eventually it will add up to a nice payday, and is far preferable to leaving all your change in random drawers, old jackets, behind the couch…
Or you could send a “How are you doing?” email to someone you feel guilty about losing contact with.
