Dasher was born in March 2012, followed by Edie a couple weeks later. They’re both female sheep (ewes). They were raised indoors in the house while being bottle raised and once they were larger and not as vulnerable to predators they were built a large pasture outside to live in. Edie is a Shetland Sheep, a very nice variety of wool sheep that are very gentle and loving. Dasher is a mixed breed between a few different types, she’s a lot more independent than Edie, but both are very curious and a joy to have. They’re both now full grown and run and play outside with a small flock of other sheep.
