What's your stance on boundaries?

Have you done something for yourself today?

How much sleep did you get last night?

Finally, how do you usually feel by the end of the day?

Today feels like one of those days where everything goes wrong. It's okay friend. It's okay to wallow, just make sure you're not in there for too long. Take some time for yourself, whether that be reaching out to someone or simply doing something that you enjoy. One small action can make you feel much better.

It's one of those days, huh?

You know what needs to get done, but it feels as if the weight of the world is on your shoulders. Remember to speak kindly to yourself and remind yourself that you can do it. Don't let whatever's in your way stop you. Just take it one step at a time.

Slowly but surely

Are you eating enough? Staying hydrated? Taking time for the things that spark joy in your life? Some people say it's unrealistic, I say it's self-love. Keep doing you and make sure to do things that make you happy. Don't let all that work burn you out.

I know you're busy working, but you need to take time for yourself. You have one living vessel, make sure that you're not going to burn out like last time. Set some reminders to focus on basic necessities. After all, you're human, too.

Set some alarms to help you stay hydrated

And that's completely okay. You're existing, being, breathing. You're doing great and just need a little bit of outside validation to feel like you're on the right path. Trust yourself!
