Every good Aussie knows there's just about nothing better than a golden, crunchy potato scallop from the fish 'n' chip shop.
...we would never call them Australian Battered Potatoes, which is what they're doing in the US.
But the most disturbing part? Americans are out there slathering our great scallops in ranch and cheese.
Yeah...turns out ranch and cheesed-up potato scallops are a big thing at American fairs.
And people seem to LOVE them.
As for me? I am personally offended.
