Stop worrying about your love life.

Money comes and money goes, but for you, it mostly goes. Instead of catering to every material impulse, try and save a bit of money from your paychecks. Your future self will thank you for the financial flexibility and peace of mind.

Save more money.

You love rules, but as of late, you've felt tied down by your strict adherence to them. Try and introduce a little impromptu fun into your life, and you'll be surprised how much it revitalizes you.

Be a little more spontaneous.

You know exactly the ones I'm talking about. You deserve more than those friends who do nothing but drag you down to their level of indifference and immaturity.

Cut the toxic relationships in your life.

I don't mean squeezing in the occasional Sunday afternoon nap. I mean at least eight full hours every night, in ADDITION to that weekend nap. You'll thank me later when you realize your morning crankiness was really just sleep deprivation.

Get more sleep.

Replace some of the time you spend looking at your phone with time spent staring into the clouds, a book, your loved one's eyes, or literally just out a window. Peace and stillness are within you, you just have to tune out the noise and give it a chance to re-surface.

Spend less time on your phone.
