"I do a variation on a Monte Cristo. I make two pieces of French toast with a lot of cinnamon in the egg wash, and only cook one side to brown. Then, I place ham and a small bit of Swiss cheese in between with the non-browned sides outside and grill it up like a grilled cheese sandwich to heat the meat and cheese. Delicious."
