With NYE right around the corner, I've rounded up all the TV shows worth watching from Netflix to Hulu that your mom would totally appreciate, too. Take a look:

1. From Scratch

Why it's worth watching: If you're looking for a good cry, look no further than From Scratch. There are dreamy Italian cityscapes, five-star foods, and the most touching love story that'll leave you in a mountain of tears. PS: Don't forget the tissues...you'll need them!

2. Emily in Paris

Why it's worth watching: From even more of Emily's over-the-top outfits to jet-setting off to Paris once again, Season 3 is finally making its return this month after a much anticipated year-long wait.

3. Wednesday

Why it's worth watching: Jenna Ortega was pretty much made for the role of Wednesday Addams, and the show celebrates spooky vibes all year long even when it's not Halloween season anymore.

4. Virgin River

Why it's worth watching: From the wholesome vibe to the characters we've fallen in love with over the last few seasons, it's as if Virgin River was made with moms and daughters in mind.

5. Firefly Lane

Why it's worth watching: Because Kate and Tully have one of those forever friendships that doesn't come along every day. Plus, the retro #OOTDs are not to be missed.

6. Sweet Magnolias

9. The Time Traveler's Wife

10. Inventing Anna

11. The Bear

Why it's worth watching: For anyone who has ever worked in the service industry, The Bear shows you the ins and outs that come with being part of the fast-paced restaurant life. 

12. Partner Track

Why it's worth watching: For the badass girl bosses, this one is for you. While the show wasn't picked up for Season 2, it's still an entertaining watch if you're a soaps lover.

13. The Midnight Club

Why it's worth watching: If you screamed your way through The Haunting of Hill House, The Midnight Club is another spine-chilling series deserving of your time. Sadly, it won't be returning for Season 2, but we will always have Season 1 to remember.

14. How I Met Your Father

Why it's worth watching: If you were never ready for How I Met Your Mother to end, How I Met Your Father arrived this year to fill that sitcom void with Hilary Duff leading the charge on this one.

15. And Just Like That...
