SUMMER FRUIT SALSA 4 WAYS
PINEAPPLE SALSA
INGREDIENTS
1½ cups pineapple, diced
½ cup Roma tomatoes, diced
½ cup orange bell pepper, finely diced
½ cup white onion, finely diced
½ cup cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
1.Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2.Serve with chips or as a topping on your favorite meal.

STRAWBERRY SALSA
INGREDIENTS
1½ cups strawberries, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 cup white onion, finely diced
1 jalapeño, diced
¼ cup mint, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
