    But it can sometimes be tough to figure out what to reach for β€” especially if you're trying to eat in a balanced way.

    Below you'll find several ideas for healthy snacks that are quick and easy to put together. They're made with three ingredients or less β€” with an eye on whole foods, low (or no) added sugar, and where possible, a boost of protein and fiber so you'll stay fuller longer.
