19 Easy And Healthy Snack Combos That Actually Taste Good

Snacking is the best. 😋
But it can sometimes be tough to figure out what to reach for — especially if you're trying to eat in a balanced way.
Below you'll find several ideas for healthy snacks that are quick and easy to put together. They're made with three ingredients or less — with an eye on whole foods, low (or no) added sugar, and where possible, a boost of protein and fiber so you'll stay fuller longer.
1. Toast + Avocado + Tomato
For more protein and fiber, use sprouted bread. (I like the Ezekiel brand bc it has no added sugar — and is cheap at Trader Joe's!)
2. Citrus + Yogurt + Pomegranate Seeds
You could also swap the pomegranate seeds for nuts or granola.
3. Popcorn + Elote Seasoning
