This is how you lose her by Junot Diaz. It was the first short story collection that really resonated with me. I have never come across any kind of stories that had such a strong Hispanic voice I could understand and relate to. Junot Diaz is a genius.
All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven. I was 22 years old when I read it, just diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I cried while reading this but it made me feel like I wasn’t alone. And my journey was a going to be hard one but one I could handle.
