Just 33 Random Products We Really Love

Including a Switch game to make you forget about Animal Crossing, a paint by sticker book, and a Renaissance portrait of your pet.

We hope you love the products we recommend! All of them were independently selected by our editors. Just so you know, BuzzFeed may collect a share of sales or other compensation from the links on this page if you decide to shop from them. Oh, and FYI — prices are accurate and items in stock as of time of publication.

    1. Daily Harvest bites, a satisfying snack (or dessert!) for when you're feeling peckish or you just need something sweet.

    Daily Harvest

"The frozen hunks of goodness are meant to mimic three classic treats: chocolate hazelnut truffle (avocado, dates, hazelnuts, cacao, reishi, chia, and vanilla bean), chocolate chip cookie dough (chickpeas, dates, coconut, cacao, pumpkin, maca, and vanilla bean), and lemon coconut macaroon (coconut, dates, lemon, ginger, cinnamon, and galangal).

The macaroon-like ones are definitely my favorite. I'd say these are great options when you're craving sugar but would like to get some nutrients in your dessert. Obviously they don't taste quite as nice as a spoonful of real cookie dough, but they do in a pinch!" —Bek O'Connell

Get seven bites from Daily Harvest for $7.99.

    2. Some room freshening sprays to neutralize Fido's funk — a must if you live in a shoebox.

    Chewy

"I'm sincerely loving this Pet House spray to pieces. I have a 10-year-old doggo and while I keep him bathed regularly, I still like to spritz his kingdom (read: my room) with something that smells super good. The Sunwashed Cotton scent specifically makes my nose happy. Another perk? My dog and I both have allergies (oh, the odds) and everything else I spray tends to send us both into sneezing fits. This spray doesn't tickle either of our noses and it's kinda unbelievable. Good scent. No itchy noses. Plus, the spray instantly refreshes my room and sticks around a nice little while. 10s across the board with this baby. Next, I want to try the Fresh Citrus scent." –Marquaysa Battle

Get them from Chewy: Sunwashed Cotton for $11.46, Mango Peach for $11.46, and Fresh Citrus for $9.99

    3. A set of plush and absorbent cotton bath towels if your current set has seen better days. They're designed to lose four times fewer fibers so they stay nice and fluffy for many, many uses.

    Sephora

"I've had a Snowe bath sheet for almost four years now! It really does still look brand-new, is super absorbent, and hasn't lost any of its softness, despite the countless times I've washed and dried it. Nothing feels cozier after a good shower than wrapping myself in its oversized but surprisingly lightweight fluffiness." —Natalie Brown

Get it from Snowe for $30 (available in five colors).

    4. A pair of Spanx cropped flare jeans because it's a ~jean come true~ to find denim that ticks all the boxes: comfy, makes your butt look good, and is on sale.

    Spanx

"I have this exact pair and they're SO great! They have a four-way stretch that gives you a perfect fit every time. The waist is super stretchy and they have a panel in the front to make sure everything stays smooth and comfy. 10/10 would recommend." —Elena Garcia

Get them from Spanx for $64 (originally $128; available in sizes XS-3X and also in medium wash).

    5. A paint by sticker book so you can unwind with an art project that won't stress you out.

    Target

Get it from Target for $9.98.

    6. A custom pet portrait that'll earn pride of place on your photo wall. Immortalize your fur (or feather!) baby in a Renaissance-style masterpiece because why the heck not!

    Mal Mower / BuzzFeed

"I recently ordered two of these, one of each beloved cat. I sent in a photo each, making sure their faces were clear and forward-facing, and then picked my favorite outfits (there are a ton to chose from)! I can't believe how great the results are. The quality is fantastic and they are laugh out loud funny and fab. I'm a huge fan." —Mal Mower

Get it from Crown & Paw for $29.95+ (available in a variety of styles).

    7. A Beautyblender primer for creating a beautiful base so your foundation doesn't look flaky or patchy. Achieving the glowy, dewy skin of your dreams just got..well...achievable.

    @beautyblender / Via instagram.com

"I use it every time I wear liquid foundation, and it just makes me GLOW. I think it really helps foundation look (and feel) like actual skin. It's a unique product that's 100% worth the investment, imo." —Rachel Dunkel

Get it from Sephora for $32.

    8. Some ripped black skinny jeans to pair with all the other black tops in your closet. Reviewers say they offer juuust the right amount of stretch and sit comfortably without digging into your waist.

    Madewell

"I bought these jeans one week because I needed a new pair of black jeans that fit well, and boy, are they amazing. They're so comfortable and almost make me feel like I'm wearing leggings. Yeah, they're that good." —Abby Kass

Get them from Madewell for $128 (available in sizes 23-37 and four lengths).

    9. A powder blush palette if you need a quad that can do it all. Mix and match shades to create the perfect hue for any and every makeup look.

elf Cosmetics, Marquaysa Battle / BuzzFeed

"I use the powder blush palette regularly and I LOVE it because it doesn't look ashy, gives my deep complexion the perfect flush, and feels comfortable on my skin. The shades from this palette can also be used as eyeshadow! Just put on your foundation and/or concealer, then brush this blush lightly across your cheeks and lids. It's a quick, easy look that never goes out of season and will compliment any skin tone! This is also a good blush palette to get because it's pigmented but not SO pigmented that it'll bombard your face with way too much color. This palette is buildable so you can gradually layer color and you get to avoid the clown face." —Marquaysa Battle

Get it from elf Cosmetics for $8 (available in two styles).

    10. A nail polish bottle handle because *this* is the trick to making your at-home manis look professional. It's a larger surface for your hand to grip so you can evenly apply the polish.

    Olive & JJune

"I've been doing my own nails for a long, long time. It always seemed smarter to me to spend money on a bottle of polish I can keep instead of a manicure that only lasts a week. It's a skill that took a while to work on but, luckily, for at-home manicurists like myself, The Poppy has made doing my nails a lot less challenging. It pops right onto any bottle of nail polish (not just Olive & June colors) and provides you with a stronger grip and a more accurate swipe." –Heather Braga

Get it from Olive & June for $16.

    11. A Hamilton Beach single-serve blender so you can enjoy smoothies, shakes, and sauces without dirtying your big blender. It's nice and compact, and you can take the blending cup to go.

    Target

"I bought this a few weeks ago because my old blender of eight years had lost its luster. This is much quieter than my previous blender and helped me whip up a yummy fruit smoothie quicker (even though I had used frozen strawberries and bananas). It's also compact enough to not take up a ton of counter space." —Jasmin Suknanan

Get it from Target for $21.99 (available in three colors).

    12. A La-Z-Boy orthopedic dog bed that'll give your pet the royal treatment they deserve thanks to its five layers of cushion. Plus, the cover is machine-washable so you can just throw it in the wash when it starts to get stinky.

    Heather Braga / BuzzFeed

"My beloved golden retriever, Luke (pictured above), recently turned 10 and has started having some issues with his hips. As a puppy he'd never pay attention to dog beds, since I got him this La-Z-Boy he's had a change of heart. It's super sturdy but perfectly soft, and he loves lounging in it." —Heather Braga

Get it from Chewy for $129.95.

    13. Boy Brow, a grooming gel so you can tame your unruly eyebrows or create fluffy caterpillars from sparse, barely-there hairs.

    AnaMaria Glavan / BuzzFeed

"Believe the hype: this magic bottle is proof that not all heroes wear capes. The creamy formula, which comes in blond, black, clear, and brown (which is what I used!), goes on smoothly and doesn’t require a lot of product to do the job. I used the wand to brush baby hairs in the beginning/middle of my brow upwards, and then brushed the longer, toddler-like hairs at the end of my eyebrows, sideways. And one coat was more than enough! Boy Brow does what exactly what the Glossier brand claims to do; it gives me a filled-in eyebrow that doesn’t look filled in. The finish looks natural, which is exactly what I wanted — my facial caterpillars have never looked better." —AnaMaria Glavan

Get it from Glossier for $16 (available in four shades).

    14. A set of clear stackable makeup drawers for helping you finally organize all the products that are currently cluttering your bathroom counter. There are tons of ways to stack your containers so you can find the setup that works best for you.

    BuzzFeed / Samantha Tomaszewski

"I'm never going back. I love how you can buy as many different compartments as you want, to mix and match to create your perfect makeup storage device! I spent several hours (lol) deciding what the best combination of compartments would be for the amount of items and the limited counter space I have. The one I landed on ended up being perfect for my space and it fit everything I use on a daily basis — and more. Now, I also feel like I'm going to be more likely to use certain beauty products I forgot about or never could find. And it just LOOKS so much better, a win/win/win!" —Samantha Tomaszewski

Mix and match the stackable system; get compartments from The Container Store for $18.99+ (available in five configurations).

    15. A squalane oil derived from sugarcane to plump and hydrate your skin while creating a protective barrier that helps reduce moisture loss. This one's great for all skin types and is cruelty-free.

    Sephora

"This is the stuff of dreams, people! I put it on my face at night after serum and before my night cream, and wake up with bouncy, bright skin. The first time I used it, I had overnight results. I am constantly yelling about this product to everyone who will listen; I even convinced my dermatologist to try it." —Bek O'Connell

Get it from Sephora for $32.

    16. Paint By Numbers, a relaxing phone game if you want to channel your creativity or if adult coloring books are just too intricate that they stress you out.

    Google Play Store

"I use the Paint By Number app and although you aren't spending time creating strokes with a colored pencil or paint, it manages to feel just as relaxing. Some of the tiny numbered spots require you to zoom in and slide the photo over to 'hunt' for the blank sliver you missed. Each paint-by-number photo is different and they get more complex as you go." —Marquaysa Battle

Get it for free for iOS and Android.

    17. A pair of stretchy, moisture-wicking bike shorts because they've got you covered whether you're lounging around the house or powering through a workout.

    Aerie

"I own these in black, and let me tell you, they're my current favorite pair of shorts. They're SUPER comfortable, flattering, and perfect for doing yoga or just hanging around the house. The fabric is so soft. It's great to throw on with an oversized sweatshirt before or after a workout." —Abby Kass

Get them from Aerie for $29.95 (available in four colors).

    18. A collagen lip treatment so your pout is plump — perfect for anyone whose go-to pose is still a duck face.

    Sephora

"I know, $35 for some fancy lip balm? Trust me, it's worth. My lips were so dry and flaky that they hurt. I was slathering on drugstore balms and Vaseline, but it didn't help. At one point, I became convinced that I was just dehydrated overall — but then I kept waking up multiple times a night to use the bathroom and realized it was definitely just dry lips. So I bought this on a desperate whim, and I haven't stopped buying it since! I went from using it twice a day (religiously) to maybe every other day now, and my lips are doing great! PLUS, I hadn't connected that my ashy-looking lips were a result of how dry they were, so I was happy to be able to lay off the matte lipsticks after using this! It's a twist-tube, so you don't waste any, and it lasts me a couple of months minimum." —Victoria Vouloumanos

Get it from Sephora for $35.

    19. Animal Crossing: New Horizons, a Nintendo Switch game that'll take up all of your free time (because you owe Tom Nook 2.4 million bells and those fish aren't going to catch themselves).

    View this video on YouTube

    youtube.com

"The latest installment of Animal Crossing made its debut on March 20 and — OMG — I have not been able to put it down since. It's a game that works in real time, so your progress truly is day-to-day. It's perfect for our current situation since we all have nothin' but time to devote to a game like this. I've been playing it when I find myself getting overwhelmed with everything going on in the world — the soothing sound of ocean waves while virtually fishing provides a much-needed, too-cute escape from reality right now. AND you can virtually play with your friends. This game has been my saving grace this week." —Heather Braga

    20. A lightweight, breathable, and oh so comfortable pair of knit high-top sneakers for when you don't want to feel like you're wearing shoes. They're moisture-wicking *and* machine-washable!

    @sauvshoes / Via instagram.com

"I’ve been having a difficult time with shoes lately, due to my feet growing and shoe size changing a little since starting HRT. I recently tried Suavs high-top shoes in Timber, hoping that they would be stretchy enough to fit me till I get through this awkward shoe phase! I was not disappointed, these fit true to size, they are nice and stretchy, and they are some of the comfiest shoes I’ve ever worn. I liked them way more than I anticipated I would, so much so that I didn’t take them off for a week when I first got them! My favorite thing about Suavs are how easy they are to slip on and off, yet they are durable enough to get me through hectic days and long walks with my pup. The few minutes I save in the morning slipping these on when I’m stressed and in a rush really makes a difference. I also love that these are made from recycled water bottles!" —Harper Hendrickson

Get them from Suavs for $110 (available in sizes 8-14 and in three colors).

    21. Gmorning, Gnight! : Little Pep Talks for Me & You, an illustrated book from Lin Manuel Miranda to bring you joy when you need it most.

    Penguin Random House

"I mean it from the bottom of my sparkly garbage heart when I say you deserve this book in your life. Have you ever read a sentence that started out cute and fun and then ended with your breath catching in your throat and your brain going, 'Oh my god, THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO HEAR IN THIS PRECISE MOMENT to feel better down to the core of my soul?' With this book you'll get that feeling so many times that you might have to pace yourself and read just a page a day, in case the Feelings (TM) become too much." —Emma Lord

Get it from Barnes & Noble for $19.80, Bookshop for $19.80, or Target for $10.98.

    22. An ultra hydrating moisturizer — c'mon, it's literally called Aqua Bomb — if your dry, dull skin could use a blast of hydration.

    @belifusa / Via instagram.com

"Aqua Bomb moisturizer is easily my desert island skincare product. Although I have dry-leaning combination skin, I hate most moisturizers because creamy formulas feel heavy and just yucky to me, especially under makeup. Aqua Bomb's gel-like consistency absorbs like a dream. It's soothing to stressed-out skin in the winter and cooling through the heat of summer. I recommend it to friends of all skin types because it gives your skin that bouncy hydration it craves without feeling oily in the slightest. I've put it on every night and most mornings for years and have no plans of stopping anytime soon!" —Rachel Dunkel

Get it from Sephora for $38.

    23. Myro, a eco-friendly deodorant subscription because being kind to Mother Earth and having fresh-smelling pits are not mutually exclusive. You pick the scent and case you like and Myro will send you deodorant refills every few months so you can stop buying wasteful deodorant tubes.

    @itsmymyro / Via instagram.com

"Tbh, I wasn't looking for environmentally friendly deodorant although I swear I love Mother Earth. My go-to fragrance-free deodorant was discontinued so I just desperately needed one that wouldn't irritate my sensitive underarm skin and would keep me smelling fresh. All the other natural deodorants I tried DEFINITELY DID NOT KEEP ME FRESH. I had to re-up several times throughout the day just to avoid a sweaty smell which wasn't my norm and made me feel self-conscious. Finally, I stumbled upon the Myro deodorant and figured I'd just try it since I tried everything else (Native, Tom's, Almay, you name it). I was skeptical because it smelled so good and my severely sensitive skin typically doesn't play nice with scents. I guess since the product is truly natural, that's why it didn't irritate me. Fair warning: I peeped that the deodorant has low ratings on like two sites but it appears that the Myro brand listened to the people, as its website notes that it's upgraded the formula. I've been using it for about three weeks. I apply it once daily and don't have to break my schedule to re-up, haven't had any itchy patches develop under my arms, and FINALLY get to enjoy a great scented product again, which I haven't been able to do in years. BTW, the scent I have is the Chill Wave which smells like cucumber, jasmine, and spearmint 👃🏾❤️." —Marquaysa Battle

Get a starter kit (one deodorant pod and one refillable case) for $10 and free shipping.

    24. A Dash rapid egg cooker that'll whip up truly ~egg-celent~ eggies of all types: hard-boiled, medium-boiled, soft-boiled, poached, scrambled, a whole freaking omelet, you name it.

    Sur La Table

"I, a certified Lazy Individual (TM), own one of these babies and have faithfully used it every week for upward of two years. Perfectly medium-boiled eggs every time. I even bought one for my parents so I could spread its majesty to them as well (but also mostly so I could use it when I come to visit, if we're being real). Some reviews note that the alarm on it is a little loud, but the new models have significantly decreased the volume!" —Emma Lord

Get it from Sur La Table for $19.95 (available in three colors), Target for $17.39 (also available in blue), or Wayfair for $17.80 (available in four colors).

    25. A toy set for musically inclined tots. Your baby will be dropping beats that are ~too hot to Handel~.

    Buy Buy Baby

"If the Fox and The Bee isn't already a band name, we're claiming it right now thanks to the Skip Hop Explore and More Musical Instrument Set. A hand drum, tambourine, and clacker might seem a little, well, percussive but that's kind of the point. All it takes is a little shake to get the music going.

It was only a matter of time, probably only a few minutes, before I tried to figure out how to play some of my favorite songs on a plastic fox. I can safely say that I'm just as good as my son and we sound equally great. This trio has been in constant rotation and they keep sounding better. One trick is not to give all three instruments at once, that way if the kid gets bored you've got some backup to cycle in and out of the rotation." —John Mihaly

Get it from Buy Buy Baby for $19.99.

    26. A chic yet unobtrusive tower humidifier and diffuser to make your home smell divine while adding moisture to the air.

    Guru Nanda

"I own this and I L.O.V.E. it. For being an extra large diffuser, it's still compact enough to fit snuggly in my apartment. It also looks far more sleek than any humidifier I've ever owned, which gets me to actually use my humidifier. I keep this out all the time and am solidly impressed with the diffusing range — it fills my whole apartment with fab, spa scents!" —Mal Mower

Get it from Guru Nanda for $69.99+ (available in two styles).

    27. A linen duvet cover if you're a hot sleeper but you don't want to give up the luxurious feel of a plush duvet cover. This one's soft yet airy so you won't wake up drenched in sweat.

    The Citizenry

"To quote Belle from Beauty and the Beast, this duvet cover will have you saying 'Ooooh, isn't this amazing?' Made with 100% French flax, this comforter feels so soft against your skin. I would know — I have it! It's breathable so you won't be dripping in sweat while you're snuggled under the covers enjoying your day at home." —Heather Braga

Get it from The Citizenry for $225 (also available in king size and in eight colors).

    28. Yoshi's Crafted World, an adorable platformer for Nintendo Switch, because there are lots of games to check out once you get bored with Animal Crossing: New Horizons (no shade — I too am heavily indebted to Tom Nook!).

    Target

"This is a great game for kids or adults who want something unchallenging to pass the time. Help Yoshi retrieve crystals while exploring worlds made to look like they were built out of crafts. It's creative, beautiful, and lots of fun!" —Bek O'Connell

Get it from Best Buy $59.99, GameStop for $59.99, or Target for $49.99,

    29. A pair of lightweight sneakers so you can sing in the rain (without wet feet!). These stylish kicks are 100% waterproof and have a lightweight, bouncy sole so every step is comfy.

    Vessi

"Vessi cuts down traditional machine knit time from 45 minutes to only 7 minutes, which reduces every pair’s carbon footprint by over 600%. I own a pair of these sneakers and absolutely swear by them. They're super duper comfortable and truly waterproof." —Yi Yang

Get them from Vessi for $135 (available in sizes 5-11 and eight colors).

    30. CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, a lotion that'll hydrate dry skin without irritating it. *Ding ding ding — we have a winner!* It contains hyaluronic acid, which draws water to the epidermis.

    @cerave / Via instagram.com

"This is a favorite for my sensitive skin. This is literally the only moisturizer out of all the ones I've tried — and I've tried a lot — that doesn't leave my skin burning or tingling after applying. Oh, and also, it has seriously cleared my skin, win/win. For real, I'd been dealing with super dry skin when the weather started getting colder in the fall. I've always had sensitive skin, but this year, my skin was feeling EXTRA sensitive, and even simple things like applying makeup was burning my skin. This stuff helped tremendously. It moisturizes my skin gently, doesn't burn like so many other expensive/name-brand moisturizers I've tried, and has also helped clear-up my breakouts, which was a very unexpected, but highly welcomed surprise! This stuff is free of fragrance and oil, is hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, and non-irritating." —Sam Wieder

Get it from Target for $13.49.

    31. A Febreze odor eliminator for getting rid of any questionable smells between washes.

    Target

"This is a game-changer. I wear natural deodorant, which means I usually can't rewear clothes more than once without them getting SMELLY. Well, with this, I simply spray down the stinkiest parts of my shirt / jacket / dress / sweater before breakfast so it can dry while I eat (it takes about 15 minutes), and you'd never know the B.O stench was ever there in the first place. OH, and it works pretty well to take wrinkles out of clothes, too.

It's safe for most fabrics, but not for leather, suede, silk, or other fabrics that might water spot!" —Natalie Brown

Get it from Target for $4.99.

    32. Lidstar, a shimmery, blendable eyeshadow to add a pop of color with a single swipe.

    Glossier

"Sometimes I just want a natural, fresh-faced, wide-awake look without having to use a ton of products, so I reach for my Lidstar in the shade 'Cub.' It’s a little shimmery, so it makes your eyelids look brighter, and this shade adds just enough color so you can actually see that I’m wearing something. It stays put all day long and doesn’t crease or rub off — even on my already-oily eyelids!" —Jasmin Suknanan

Get it from Glossier for $18 (available in six shades).

    33. A monstera if Plant Parenthood, aka your at-home plant nursery, could use another green bb. Monsteras, also called Swiss cheese plant because of the holes in its leaves, are a great plant for beginners as they're pretty self-sufficient and don't need a ton of light.

    Bloomscape

"I ordered my monstera plant from Bloomscape and it came very well packaged with instructions on how to take care of it! I've since recommended this website to my friends and everyone has been pleased with their deliveries. All the plants from Bloomscape come potted and living room-ready, so you don't have to do any extra work." —Yi Yang

Get it from Bloomscape for $150 (the pot is also available in slate).
