In Ontario it’s 1:3 for infants (under 18 months). 1:5 for toddlers (1.5-2.5) and 1:8 for preschool (2.5-4/5). In an infant room the most you can have is 10 infants and 3 teachers, for toddlers the max is 15 toddlers with 3 teachers and preschool max is 24 with 3 teachers.
