How is getting a pay check for $0 even legal??? Where I live servers get at least minimum wage (currently $10.72 per hour) and their tips are just extra. Is it supposed to be incentive for good service? What if the restaurant is slow? That's out of your control...

In Canada we get a year, and companies hire temp replacements as needed for those vacancies. It's not like the work just isn't getting done...

Between contractions and trying to push, my doctor and my husband casually started chatting about the gym, lifting, and protein as though they weren't standing right next to me with my vag all exposed and fighting exhaustion. At least the ridiculousness of it made me laugh.
